Casey Cipriani was born and raised in the Overbrook section of West Philadelphia where she was a constant staple in her school productions. She continued an East Coast city life by attending Northeastern University in the heart of Boston. While at NU, Casey spent a semester in Dublin, Ireland attending the prestigious Gaiety School of Acting. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Theatre and Cinema Studies, Casey moved to New York City and began to study at the famous Circle in the Square Theatre School. Since then, she has been acting in theatre, film and television here in NYC.

In 2007, Casey competed in the International Modeling and Talent Association?s (IMTA) New York Convention, where she won third place in Sitcom Script for the use of one of her spot on foreign accents. She also won honorable mentions in the Monologue and Commercial Scripts and was declared one of the Top Ten Actresses of the Year. She is a member of AFTRA, eligible to join SAG, and will become a member of Actors Equity Association in May of 2009.

Outside of her professional life, Casey enjoys cooking her family?s old Italian recipes, amateur photography, reading fairy tales and magical realism novels, watching sci-fi TV and planning her wedding with her fabulous fiancé. Recently, she?s taken up learning the violin, an instrument she?s always wanted to play, that will no doubt add to her professional skills.
